Go hard!

There is a fine line between training and overexertion work and exhaustion. Sometimes we find the ideal of a goal and hyper focus on that visualized outcome and are left to pick up the pieces that are affected long after the actions were taken. I began to notice that our information pool for counterbalancing this way of life was almost nonexistent. I would hear “get some sleep” or “have you tried this protein shake?” suggestions of massage stretch or take time off. Even still I was witnessing my co workers and gym professionals both have to consistently consume coffee pop over the counter pain medications and then take time off for surgery. Year after year I’ve witnessed this viscous cycle and because I’m right in it still bare the scars and signs of overtaxing my mind and body. Most of the time we are unable to control the workflow or our ambitiousness so what I have learned is to make the most out of what I do control.

Recovery, that is the key to unlock the door to the next active day scheduled for you. This was the golden concept that was spoken of but I believe the topic became so vast and the market so oversaturated to cover every aspect of what we experience; problem with that modus operandi is now the customer is left with the weight of sorting through a million different products just to feel better tomorrow. Now we are doing double if not triple the work in search of recovery from what we did earlier. In order to truly understand how to solve the issue at hand I needed to find what was causing my chronic issues. The action reaction cycle is clear and in order to heal from the body wear ,tear and firing it uses fire. Inflammation is the tool of the immune and myo fascial pathways that assist the body in repair. That mechanism is wonderfully built but due to the requirements placed upon that system problems abound. Most of the problematic functioning of the body is going to originate in the diet because certain conditions trigger an endless cycle and this is the true source of arthritis and most repetitive injury issues. Settled with that in mind I began my journey to find the anti inflammatory fountain of youth.

What I found was exactly what I sought out, I used to believe that the fountain of youth would be contained in a singular product so I combed through the suggested anti inflammatory medicine box. From turmeric topping the list to msm being a long known pain remedy but slept on still. As the more effective choices were higher priced it became closer to a game of musical chairs for which product I could afford and matching that to the level of pain experienced. On the other hand it was even more frustrating finding something for my workout recovery due to the fact that some products can interfere with digestion have blood thinning properties or would drop my blood sugar too low. So for a while I just remained vigilant on the food train and attempted to get what I needed through diet alone. As time passed the results measured were overall positive with increases in strength and fast responsive healing it felt like the road to progression was finally found. Then prior to one of my vacations I decided it was a prime time to go a little harder as you’d say on my routine and reach some of the progressive goals envisioned and that meant pushing my body. The results of my ambition was overexertion along with improper inclusivity in my diet I wound up on the couch, body inflamed in pain for a whole week pondering to myself how did I go from my strongest point, to here.

All of my toolbox had technically failed me at that point if I am being honest. The thing I hadn’t realized was each type of healing object root, pill, food the application was either too heavy and slow for uptake or too messy and problematic to take at work or out at the gym. The pills just didn’t quite deliver as far as potency to combat such high activity and intensity and normally after working at that level the last thing my stomach wanted was a bunch of capsules to replenish my system. One day through conversation about cbd and which was our favorite form of intake and application, I was suggested trying the gummies post workout “it always makes me feel good even when I’m focused or posted”. I was already familiar with the market, most were decent some I didn’t find results at all . At one point my close friend had a great product but switched gears to corner the market in another way, perfect for his company but a loss for me for sure I guess sometimes specificity is key. The thing that did was leave a void in my life because I didn’t quite feel I was really striving to reach my potential on a day to day basis for work and working out it was as if overexertion had placed a lid on my aspiration and I felt stuck looking for the next product to help me ease the idea of progression and injury becoming a reoccurring cycle.

That conversation about the cbd gummy recommendation post workout kept playing in my head while I was at work and that’s when the idea was settled in my mind, just make your own. Done.I researched the topic of cbd read up on information from lab results on a specific source I had come across and I put about two years of field work of handing out samples and receiving feedback on the quality all the while trying it myself. I learned from my friend the formulation for how to create the gummies with the correct ratios of sugar for glycogen to cannabinoids to the mixing in the assisting anti inflammatory ingredients chosen because I experienced they actually show up and neutralize the effects of overexertion.

Now I at least had a start to give me a chance to go as hard as I needed to. The truth that I have found for myself is that working out and remaining fit has allowed me to function better throughout the rest of the day. From the mind to the muscle it is all a flex and so when we put that effort and focus into pushing ourselves we are raising the bar on what we are capable of handling in life and my work requirements sometimes remain at the same level and so the gym was making my work routine easier especially when I drove myself relentlessly towards advancement(safely of course). I think as living beings we thrive in this manner because it makes life much easier; so that’s what I am doing with my company making the options more efficient starting with the Gymmy Bears gummies for post work and workout so you too can feel free to live life & go hard!
